In times like these, when the ground beneath our democracy feels unsteady and the headlines carry more weight than hope, we are reminded that prayer is not a retreat, but a critical return. Prayer is a return to power, to clarity, and to the steady presence of a God Who has never abandoned us or the continued work of justice. Prayer is how we breathe when the air is thin. It is how we remember who we are in perilous times like these.

Thank you for offering your prayers.

Thank you for your prayers

  • God of our weary years,

God of our silent tears, you have brought us this far not by our faith, but my yours. Continue to guide us by your might, to lead us into the light, keep us forever on your path, we pray. Don't let our feet stray from the path where we met you, Holy One. Guide our feet while we run the race you've put before us, to freedom, liberty, and justice for all. Keep our eyes on the prize of this holy calling, Holy One. Keep your vision in our hearts, keep us steadfast and courageous, so together we heal our souls and the world, with love. In the power of your Holy Name, Amen.

  • Let your breath prayer be a return

…to center and a steady and sustainable inhale and exhale of true love as true love awakens and unites in and through us all.

  • Heavenly Father we come in Jesus’ name

…on this National Day of Prayer thanking You for Dr. Traci Blackmon calling us to seek Your guidance in directing our nation toward justice, mercy, love and accountability. We acknowledge our sin(s), seek Your forgiveness for our lack of moral rectitude toward our fellow citizens and neighbors in our nation. Our courts, and in particular, our Supreme Court of the United States of America has refused to act in a manner that will help minority Voters. However, we know that when we call upon You in ernest and honest prayer, You O God, will hear us and heal our land that is diseased with racism and rancor. We cannot ignore the fact that our children are being cut down in our streets, due to inadequate gun laws that leave the vulnerable in jeopardy. Many people live in food deserts and are without access to affordable healthcare.

We beseech You LORD, to bring Revival; change hearts and minds, remove hateful, and veiled language from our hearts and lips, and turn us to see and act according to Your Word and Will. Let us not be callous or apathetic about our right to vote. And inspire us O God Almighty to vote.

Give us dedicated teachers and administrators who will love our students and work for them as educational advocates, and cooperative parents who work with our teachers. Give us parents that support learning in their children’s environment; to be creative and responsible learners that can compete in any academic arenas throughout the land and world.

Help us to find ways that will end homelessness and poverty, and bring Hope once again to people in despair. Move by Your Holy Spirit on our land and free us from selfishness, so that we may embrace loving our neighbors as we as ourselves. Bless “Faithoutloud” to continue to be a force of “the faith once delivered to the saints”.

We pray that You will save the unsaved that Jesus Christ may be their Lord and Savior. In His majesty and matchless name we pray. Amen.
