Our Mission
Faith Out Loud! (FOL) is forged in the prophetic and liberative legacy of the Black church: a legacy that has always understood faith as both spiritual and public, personal and communal.
Our purpose is to transform faith into public witness: to nurture voices shaped by history, struggle, and sacred hope; to equip communities to confront injustice with courage and clarity; and to ensure that what is cultivated in the spirit is spoken, and lived out loud.
We are here to make faith visible in action, to move beyond comfort into conviction, and to help build a future where justice is not an aspiration, but a lived reality.
Our Vision
We envision a world where all people thrive, where the deep roots of the Black church nourish movements that transform communities and challenge systems of oppression.
In this world, silenced voices are centered, truth is spoken with clarity and courage, and justice is pursued with urgency and conviction. Faith becomes not just something we believe, but something we embody— publicly, boldly, and together.
